Birthdays

We celebrate student’s birthday (or half-birthday) by announcing their name on the intercom and a birthday pencil from the office. District 135 policy is that no food treat or treat bags are permitted.

If you would like to donate a book to the class or library in your child’s name, it would be greatly appreciated. Another alternative would be to donate a game to the class for indoor recess. Please do not send birthday invitations to pass out at school.  ALL BIRTHDAY INVITATIONS MUST BE MAILED TO HOMES BY USING THE CLASSROOM DIRECTORY.
